The questions we get asked most
Do I have to provide my own photos and videos?
Yes — you provide your own photos and videos, and we handle everything from there: editing, captions, planning and scheduling. Most tradies simply send through what they capture on site. If you'd prefer content created for you, we can book in a Content Creation Day and shoot it on your job.
What platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile are included in both packages. LinkedIn and TikTok can be added on request.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter keeps your pages active and looking sharp — 8 posts a month, captions, editing and scheduling. Growth adds volume and strategy: 12 posts a month, reels and short-form video, profile optimisation, and a quarterly marketing plan and strategy call.
Do I need to be on ads as well?
No. Plenty of tradies do well on organic posting alone. Ads are worth it when you want to reach people who don't follow you yet, or you're pushing into a new service area. Ad spend is billed separately, direct to Meta.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There's no fixed term and no lock-in — talk to us any time about changing your package.
